Spencer Smith Places 8th at JO Meet

Spencer Smith of Mississippi Valley Track Club place 8th in the 17-18 Young Men’s 2000 Meter Steeplechase to become the first place winner for Iowa at the 2017 JO meet in Lawrence, Kansas. His 8th place time was 6:31.28, bettering his time at the Region 8 meet by over 20 seconds.
